Similar to a Golden Delicious but ripens at least 3 weeks earlier.

Unique tart flavor. Just like the imported ones, only ours have a slight pink cheek.

Greening

Solid green cooking apple. If you like a tart eating apple try the Greening. Makes an excellent apple pie.

Honeycrisp

The fruit is large and the skin is a red over a yellow background. The flesh is cream colored and exceptionally crisp and juicy.

Idared

Highly flavored and crisp. Moderately tart. Dual purpose for fresh eating and
cooking-baking.

Jerseymac

Spicy, aromatic flavor, with fine texture. Juicy Flesh. Dual-purpose, for eating and cooking. Sorry we don't ship these due to their short term keeping quality.

Jonagold

Blend of tart and sweet, with firm texture. One of the world's most preferred eating apples. Also great for cooking and baking.

Jonamac

Great for eating, cooking and baking. An all-around favorite with a tangy, aromatic flavor.

Macoun

Mild tart taste. Aromatic, fine- grained firm white flesh. For snacking and fresh desserts.

Northern Spy

One of the original winter keeping apples. Excellent pie apple, and an excellent eating apple.

Paulared

Tart and flavorful, with a firm, crisp texture. Ideal for fresh eating, perfect for cooking.

Pristine

Fruit is very smooth with canary yellow coloring, often times with a blush. Flavor is somewhat tart, excellent for cooking or fresh eating.

Redcort

Developed in New York's Hudson Valley, Redcort has a deep rich bright red shine.

Red Delicious

Juicy, sweet taste. The classic for fresh eating and salads.

Rome

Firm, mildly tart. Holds it's shape well. A favorite for baking and sauce.

Ruby Jon

Very similar to the midwestern apple "Jonathan." Very tart with a deep maroon color.

Sansa

A new cross with the Gala apple. Excellent dessert apple with good keeping quality. An early season apple well worth eating.

Shamrock

The flesh is creamy light green and has a coarse texture with a spicy flavor similar to McIntosh. Often sold as early Granny Smith's.

Spartamac

Juicy and sweet. Fine, firm, crisp texture. Excellent snacking apple.

Spigold

A cross between a Northern Spy
and a Golden Delicious. It has a
unique flavor, and is a good desert apple.

Suncrisp

A very unique taste. Color is almost orange like. Very late in season, very hard and crisp.

Twenty Ounce

The largest apple available. Early in the season they are green, developing many stripes later. Wonderful baking or cooking apple. Some weigh over 1 1/2 lbs.

Zestar

Crisp flesh, large fruit, the best of the early apples. Very juicy. Ripens in early August. "Full Flavor" apple.
