Bowman Carriage Co. was started in early spring of 2008 with just two horses and one refurbished antique carriage, the company is hoping to make a strong entrance into the world of luxury carriage rides!
Bowman Carriages have 4 Belgian Draft horses that pull their carriages, let me briefly introduce you; Lilly- is an 11-12 year old mare who is beautiful and loves to make her guests look elegant, Max- is a 6-7 yr old Gelding who will do it all and loves hugs and kisses from his passengers, Gunner & Sergeant- are 3 year old geldings who are just beginning their careers as carriage horses and will need some more training before giving public carriage rides. The company currently has one Visa-Vis carriage that is an antique but was refurbished and cleaned up. The Bowman family has Owned horses for over 20 years and takes pride in their responsibility as horse owners, they know when to push a horse and they know when enough is enough! Their horses are treated like family members… feeding the horses comes before feeding themselves two times a day every day of the week, month and year!
